We are looking for a Music Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Shenzhen.

This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.

The school integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies.

It offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language.

All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English.

  Job responsibilities Provide a well-rounded Music education to primary and middle school students (Grade 1 to Grade 9) in an IB framework Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments       Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Any other related duties assigned by the school Requirements At least Bachelor’s Degree Past teaching experience in the relevant subject Willingness or demonstrated track record in learning and practicing new pedagogy Benefits Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications 8,000 to 10,000 RMB Housing allowance  Tuition Remission for dependent children Performance Bonus:10% of the total Net Salary of the contract, upon successful completion of this contract Annual Flight Allowance Personal Medical Insurance 48 Days of paid holiday 4 Paid Sick Days and 1 Paid Mental Health & Wellness Leave
