Job Summary
Responsible for following up, resolving, and providing feedback on incidents related to loss prevention at all venues in the theme park and City Walk of UBR, preventing and stopping violations or breaches of laws and controlling risk events that may occur.
Major Responsibilities
Incidents that require cooperation between internal business departments and external law enforcement agencies, include but are not limited to:
• Security incidents occurring on property that require follow-up by cooperating with law enforcement agencies
• Handling internal requests within the department
• Internal incidents involving Team Members
Violations that require follow-up include but are not limited to:
• Unauthorized sale of tickets
• Queue jumping at attractions
• Sale of ride locker tickets/counterfeit tickets
• Unauthorized guided tours/early park admission irregularities
• Entry without a ticket
• Merchandise resell by Team Members
• Shoplifting
Unauthorized commercial acts include but are not limited to:
• Live streaming
• Sale/rental of park merchandise in or around the park.
Qualifications
• Industry experience: 1-3 years working experience in loss prevention related area.
• Communication: he/she shall possess a strong communication skill that he/she is able to work with wider team in the company, and to bring visions and cultural influences on internal and external parties.
• Working ethics: driven for result, can-do attitude, able to obtain facts and data within required time, able to work with colleagues from multi-culture environment, able to work under pressure if needed.
• Personality: mature, independent, critical thinking, willing to provide help, and openminded for new ideas/POVs.
• Computer applications: must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
• Language: fluent in oral and written English.
Education
Graduate from High School.
