A Snapshot of Your DayOptimizing procurement of materials and services which is required to maintain a high level of delivery capability and delivery reliability with cost-effective manufacturing, short throughput times and a low capital tie-in.
How You’ll Make an ImpactInvestigating supplier’s capacity and lead time to guarantee timely availability of materials.According to Purchasing Requirement, creating the Purchasing order, and guarantee timely availability of materials.Tracing the ordering and delivery processes of suppliers in order necessary to take corrective measures in good time and be able to provide suitable information. Tracing the NCR and support to solve issues related to materials return or replacing.Undertaking monitoring of inventory levels for maintaining, investing and undertaking intelligent logistical management in order to guarantee high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.Get Material forecast from cross functions and provide information to management for safety stock. Perform forecast management for the responsible material and ensure capacity from supplier side.Checking the content of supplier invoices in order to identify differences and obtain clarification.Operating or supporting a active supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly. Import & Export procedures preparation and pass related information to forwarder.Prepare Handbook for processing trade and go through related application and registration.Material Maintenace in SAP according to correct ESN/technical category.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and above, major in automation/electrical/ mechanical is preferred2-3 years working in logistics of in related functional areasInternational project experience with collaboration within international teams is a mustGood command of English speakingSAP experience is a plus.Having worked in a different country is a plus.
