We are looking for someone who: Has minimum of 3 years' experience in 5-star / international or well known free standing restaurant Western cuisine background, well known organic foods and health cuisine Can make same home dessert and has VIP private service experience Prefer has overseas and China working experience Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language) Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends Committed to serving food of the highest quality Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
