Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1、应收管理战略与预算规划

(1)制定包含 DSO(应收账款周转天数)、PDA(付款预测准确率)、OD(逾期天数)、Write-off(坏账核销)、Collection(账款回收)等关键指标的应收管理策略及目标,构建科学化、规范化的应收账款管理体系。

(2)编制催收费用、风险调查费用、业务及风控考核费用、信用 / 应收 / 风控第三方服务商费用等详细预算方案,严格监督预算执行,确保成本合理可控。

2、政策与流程管控

(1)主导应收管理相关文件的审批工作,涵盖延期及滞纳金管理、回款考核、催收管理、强资发货、坏账处理等内容,保障政策执行的统一性与规范性。

(2)审核发票及冲红管理、银票及银行保函管理、现金折扣、融资管理、替付管理等与应收相关的文件,确保财务流程符合合规要求。

3、业务审批管理

(3)对强资、冲红、替付、转款、人员考核(建议)、提前开票、无合同下单、特殊支付、开收据等业务事项进行严格审批,有效防控业务风险。

(4)审核手工开票合同及付款风险,从源头降低潜在财务风险。

4、重大项目与高风险客户管理:统筹重大项目、高风险客户的应收账款管理及催收工作,针对争议账款、历史逾期、渠道逾期项目,开展直接催收、实地走访等工作,并深度参与前期信用账期、支付方式及支付条件审核,最大限度降低坏账损失。

5、专项事务管理

(1)负责应收诉讼及委外收款工作,运用法律及专业手段维护公司合法权益。

(2)开展业务培训,特别是针对销售新员工,系统传授应收账款管理知识与技能。

6、财务报告与账务处理

(1)定期编制 MBR、ME、DSO、重大逾期、延期、坏账等财务分析报告,为管理层决策提供详实的数据支持。

(2)准确完成坏账、PDA 计提等账务处理工作,保证财务数据的真实性与及时性。

岗位要求:

1、财务或金融相关专业毕业。

2、10 年以上应收、催收相关工作经验,有相关法律知识优先。

3、注重准确性和细节处理。

4、具备自我驱动力,能在压力下工作并处理多项任务。

5、具备较强的风险管控意识与能力。

6、出色的跨部门沟通能力、领导力和问题解决能力。
