Job Description全面负责超大型商业综合体项目的开发、招商、运营等全流程管理，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。制定并执行项目整体战略规划和业务计划，协调内部资源，优化项目管理流程，提升项目运营效率。负责与合作伙伴、政府部门、金融机构等进行有效沟通，建立和维护良好的合作关系，为项目发展提供有力支持。监控项目成本，进行成本控制和预算分析，确保项目经济效益。领导招商团队，制定招商策略，拓展商户资源，完成招商目标，提升商业综合体的品牌影响力和市场竞争力。负责商业综合体的日常运营管理工作，包括物业管理、客户服务、活动策划等，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。定期组织项目团队进行业务培训和市场分析，提升团队整体素质和业务能力。
