岗位职责(你将扮演的角色):

1、内容创意达人: 你将深入联想全球,挖掘最真实的员工故事、技术突破与多元文化。将它们转化为短视频、创意海报或一场有趣的活动等,让“在联想工作”变得可知、可感、可向往。

2、社交网络“建筑师”: 你不只是发布内容,而是为联想构建一个充满吸引力的全球雇主品牌社交矩阵。从策划一场直播,到在小红书展示联想女性的科技力量,你将有机会定义我们在不同平台的创意语调。

3、全球联动的“桥梁”: 作为联想全球雇主品牌团队在中国的重要创意引擎,你将与来自全球各部门的同事紧密协作。需要你熟练运用英语进行头脑风暴、同步项目进度,并将有机会负责全球性的重要项目。

4、人才社区的“磁石”: 通过你的创意内容,吸引并凝聚对科技、创新、可持续发展充满热情的人才社群。让联想成为他们职业清单上的“梦想选项”。

岗位要求(我们期待的你):

1、创意驱动: 你的想法总比别人更多那么一点。你对视觉设计、叙事节奏、热点嫁接有天然的敏感度。

2、社交基因:  深度沉迷于中外主流社交媒体平台,不仅是用户,更是观察者和趋势分析者。有从0到1运营账号并取得增长的经验更佳。

3、双语思维:  英语不仅是工作语言,更是你的创作工具。能用英语撰写文案,也能无障碍参与跨国视频会议,理解并融合多元文化视角最佳。

4、经验要求: 1-3年在品牌营销、社交媒体运营、内容创作或人才招聘领域的相关经验;有成功的创意内容作品集(请务必在申请时提供链接!可以是个人账号、项目案例等);有跨国企业或广告/创意机构工作经验者优先。 Additional Locations : * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing) * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing)
