学习和理解AI模型及其核心算子（如卷积、Transformer、激活函数等）的原理和应用。2.
协助进行模型和算子的设计、实现、测试和优化。3.
参与模型从概念到实际应用的整个开发和部署流程。Requirement1．2025届硕士毕业生，通信、计算机、电子信息，自动化控制或电子类相关专业2．每周工作4天或以上，持续实习2个月或以上3．有C/C++/Python语言实际编程经验，熟悉Android 和Linux4．有应用AI 模型实际经验者优先5．英语六级或同等能力以上，听说读写良好，能看懂专业AI论文6.
具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通及学习能力，能接受挑战，有较强的工作主动性和独立性
