3 C家装家电行业垂直达人(（深圳）) 上海 分享 分享岗位 方式1:复制岗位链接 方式2:分享岗位海报 手机扫描二维码分享 收藏 CDG 点击了解更多BG信息 产品 三年以上工作经验 更新于年04月24日 岗位职责 1.以垂类行业优质直播供给&GMV为目标，建立行业达人矩阵，站内达人的挖掘和培养，站外达人的招募，建立达人成长路径，打造健康的达人生态；2.人货撮合，对货品和达人均有较好理解，可以双向匹配，通过对优质货品、商家和达人的准确撮合，实现达人和商家共同成长；3.以提升垂类用户认知及站内影响力为目标，打造优质showcase并沉淀方法论；4.设计达人激励及培养方案，制定阶段性达人发展策略不断优化达人运营模式，推动规模化运营。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，对直播、3 C家装家电行业有丰富经验，具备达人运营或MCN工作经验，具有商品选品和撮合能力；2.拥有较深的消费者洞察和策略思考能力，能够从数据中发现并解决问题；3.良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力，细致耐心的工作态度，能够协调各方资源达成目标，富有激情和创造性，以及一定的抗压能力；4.优秀的学习能力、执行力和逻辑思维，结果驱动，有责任心和担当。
