Missions and purpose Within the Group Strategic project - NEO, with ambition of transforming our End-to-End value chain, harmonizing our way of working, and building a single global IT backbone system, we are looking for a Physical Distribution Lead within the FS (Forecast-to-Stock) Business Process Area to lead the transformation of Physical Distribution Integration for North Asia.

The Physical Distribution Lead is responsible for delivering in the Zone harmonized processes, that respect global standards.

He/She will develop the right strategies to deliver the Forecast to Stock vision by animating, coordinating, aligning, and prioritizing the FS process roll-out.

Main Responsibilities Take the lead to roll-out Global Standard Physical Distribution Processes and System Integration, which includes: Support system configuration around delivery management Delivery related integration with internal/external WMS.

Co-work with both business and IT on WMS API implementation.

Outbound and Inbound inventory movement and related reversed processes Inventory control with stock levels monitoring and alerts Integration with Customs management tool Ensure the alignment between FS global team and North Asia/China team Regular alignment with Physical Distribution Director in each country/Zone Regular exchange with Physical Distribution stakeholders to facilitate roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies alignment Arbitrate key decisions related to Physical Distribution design orientations and project management Solve problems and arbitration of Physical Distribution processes within FSSubmit arbitrations to the Zone Program Management Committee if needed Support & control the overall deployment of the new Physical Distribution FS processes Implement FS Physical Distribution processes in coordination with Readiness project Team and the countries Support country/entities deployment progress Contribute to all required change management actions for Physical Distribution in North Asia/China, in coordination with the project Head of Change Management and project Zone HR/Change Lead Change agent for the zone FS stakeholders Manage the FS organizational effectiveness in North Asia/China Main REQUIREMENTS Solid background in Supply Chain functions (> years), with recognized hands on competencies in Physical Distribution. Successful experiences in projects management and track records in WMS integration design and rollout.

Proficient in SAP MM & SD modules, and in EDI & API integration with WMS.

Solution oriented, strong drive of changes in a complex and cross-cultures environment. Capable to talk in business language and manage new integration deployment with local business stakeholders.
