1)根据芯片产品规格和测试需求，与设计人员、产品经理合作，负责制定有竞争力的高质量，低成本的量产ATE测试方案；
2)根据测试方案，开发相应ATE平台上的软/硬件测试系统，并导入到测试厂支撑大批量量产；
3)制定ATE characterization测试方案并实施，摸底芯片特性，优化测试程序；
4)协助产品工程师制定可靠性测试方，支撑可靠性测试的筛选和回测，确保芯片质量；
5)收集并分析量产测试数据，量产测试维护，测试低良、事故处理等；
1)Co-working with chip designers and product manager, develop the competitive test plan with high quality and low cost;
2)Develop SW/HW test system on the corresponding ATE platform, complete the NPI process to OSAT;
3)Develop ATE characterization plan，know the real situation of device and optimize test program;
4)Co-working with product engineer to develop new devices qualification test plan, support reliability test;
