关键职责:商品事宜负责商品日常管理,以正确、专业的方式处理商品相关事宜,充分理解并执行相关的标准作业程序;主导盘点工作,确保每天、每月、每季、每年及时准确盘点;负责日常售后服务专员运营(CASS);与工作坊联络,始终确保顾客获得优质体验;作为主要利益攸关者,为精品店员工提供售后服务专员运营(CASS)或商品维护方面的培训或指导;支持物流、分拨中心、售后服务专员运营(CASS)团队处理任何店铺运营相关问题;支持MOL管理。运营和合规管理作为主要利益攸关者,与首席经理和运营经理密切合作,监督运营标准作业程序的执行情况,确保合规,并进一步推动运营绩效优化;与跨职能团队合作,在精品店层面实施新项目;识别机会,进一步制定行动计划,以推动卓越运营;与内部的企业风险管理和运营团队密切合作,强化合规政策和程序。行政及其他事务负责收集和管理非销售材料订单;精品店日常运营文件的归档管理;任何其他行政相关事务。我们希望您:至少5年零售行业丰富运营经验,有奢侈品行业经验为佳;熟练掌握标准作业程序和政策;采用系统化的工作方法,工作有条理;注重细节,态度乐观,积极主动;具备卓越的观察能力和解决问题的能力。
