工程效能工程师 深圳 分享 分享岗位 方式1:复制岗位链接 方式2:分享岗位海报 手机扫描二维码分享 收藏 PCG 点击了解更多BG信息 技术 三年以上工作经验 更新于年06月06日 岗位职责 1.负责腾讯视频-终端相关devops工作的建设，包含整体质量体系和质量方案设计，持续集成方案建设与优化、终端CI/CD质效专项实施等工作；2.负责腾讯视频-终端自动化测试工作的建设，包含终端自动化测试分层以及工具平台的建设和维护工作；3.负责腾讯视频-终端工程效能体系建设和推动研发工程效能改进等工作。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，5年以上开发工作经验，熟练掌握Java、Swift/Objective-C中任一主流编程语言，有客户端开发经验者优先；2.具备客户端自动化测试经验，精通多种主流自动化工具原理及使用，有相关自动化测试框架开发经历，熟悉自动化测试在流水线中的应用；3.具备客户端架构设计、中大型重构、专项测试等实践者优先；4.在研效度量、效能提升、持续集成、质量保障等领域中，有相关实践经验优先；5.具备良好的产品质量意识、责任心和执行力，能够通过数据洞察推动研效改进；6.杰出的自我驱动学习能力，能独立思考，乐于接受挑战，在压力中突破自己；7.思维逻辑清晰，良好的沟通交流及团队协作能力。
