腾讯游戏产品运营经理(社群运营) 深圳 分享 1.负责游戏私域社群的用户运营工作，擅长挖掘用户需求，制定符合分层用户需求的内容和活动；2.推动资源协作和落地、提升付费转化，对社群的商业化目标负责；3.深入理解业务模式，定期总结和输出经验，与游戏团队建立良好的合作关系。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历 ，3年以上工作经验，有用户运营工作经验优先；2.精通产品和用户运营等工作流程，熟悉游戏运营方式，有游戏项目经历优先；3.精通数据分析，熟悉游戏用户行为，理解用户需求；4.具备较强的协作沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备抗压能力。
