《妄想山海》手游版本运营 深圳 分享 分享岗位 方式1:复制岗位链接 方式2:分享岗位海报 手机扫描二维码分享 收藏 IEG 点击了解更多BG信息 产品 三年以上工作经验 更新于年04月03日 岗位职责 1.负责游戏版本管理，包括但不限于版本合规性、版本发布、版本提审、版本基础底层优化等工作，积极协调各项资源支持研发和运营工作，保证版本稳定性；2.与研发团队紧密沟通，推进解决各项技术问题及运营支持需求，保障研发进度稳定和版本质量；3.协调公司内各技术团队，完成产品运营期间新增能力组件及平台接入，运营工具后台搭建等工作；4.负责版本相关舆情监控、日常外网问题处理，并推动版本质量提升及内容优化；5.负责部分玩法活动的设计跟进和落地。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，有3年以上游戏运营或研发经验，熟悉游戏开发或运营流程；2.有较强执行力和责任心，沟通协调能力和抗压能力强，能够多线程推进任务，具有较好的逻辑分析能力、能够跨部门推动业务合作；3.具备丰富的研运配合经验，热爱RPG/沙盒生存游戏，熟悉主流MMORPG。 加分项 1.具备游戏开发相关技术经验优先；2.有新游上线及线上游戏运营经验者优先。
