王者荣耀《星之破晓》高级3 D角色设计师 深圳 分享 分享岗位 方式1:复制岗位链接 方式2:分享岗位海报 手机扫描二维码分享 收藏 IEG 点击了解更多BG信息 设计 五年以上工作经验 更新于年06月12日 岗位职责 1.负责美型类3d角色模型资源量产，跟进管理外包，在引擎内整理调整角色品质，达到高品质表现；2.负责配合程序和TA，开发材质效果，在版本中落地；3.能够制定制作规范，供内外部使用；4.输出有价值的专业经验以及方法论，并且运用到项目中，提升团队整体制作能力和效率。 岗位要求 1.5年以上3d角色工作经验；2.完整项目研发经验，有上线游戏经验优先，有多平台或AAA游戏开发经验优先；3.有较好的创造力和二次设计能力，能够在原画基础上达到更好的美术效果；4.对行业有敏锐的洞察力，对多种流行美术风格有比较深刻的个人见解；5.有责任心，使命必达；6.善于沟通协作，有极高的职业素养；7.有极高的审美能力，出色的美学修养。
