Role Description The opportunity TWe are seeking a Performance Manager to join Unity’s Grow Performance Team in China! In this role, you’ll work in a data-driven environment, providing impactful insights to support local client-facing teams.
Your responsibilities will extend across user acquisition and ads monetization, leveraging Unity’s platforms and tools to drive revenue growth and optimize unified accounts.
As a key link between central teams and local teams, you’ll offer data insights into Unity’s advertising and publishing business while helping to enhance product management and analytics capabilities.
Success in this position requires strong data expertise, critical and visionary thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive, professional approach.

What you'll be doing Analyze data, trends, and account performance to shape User Acquisition (UA) and monetization strategies, offering tailored solutions through internal tools and products.
Track industry trends, identify challenges and opportunities, and share actionable insights to optimize UA and monetization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account managers, growth strategists, sales operations, product teams) to exchange feedback and translate it into actionable plans for clients and stakeholders.
Develop expertise in UA, monetization, and the mobile industry, driving recommendations and managing smaller projects while supporting larger initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and client needs, gathering feedback to improve intelligence products, features, and tools.
What we're looking for Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Relevant experience in the mobile industry and advertising, with a continued passion for the mobile business, especially in UA and monetization.
Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data accurately.
Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to apply these skills to support decision-making.
Able to adapt to a rapidly changing market and a fast-growing company while working effectively as a team player.
Capable of working independently and efficiently.
You might also have Knowledge of machine learning and data structures.
Basic understanding and proficiency in SQL and Python.
Broad knowledge of major industry products and platforms, with an interest in and awareness of changes and developments in mobile marketing.
