Your Job Our Team 

Regularly reviews supply and demand gaps to meet customer expectations in Lead Time, capacity management for the plant, facilitates and drives S&OP activities on behalf of the plant and acts as the single point of contact for Global Supply Planning.

What You Will Do

General Description: Utilize the Molex Global S&OP Process to create a Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for assigned plants with the goals to identify, report, and drive correction of short term and long term capacity constraints as well as excess capacity. Review (ultimately create) and authorize changes to the Master Production Schedule. Report on the execution/ adherence to the Master Production Schedule for Demand Planned Parts. Manage all aspects of plant Master Data as it relates to Supply Management.

Capacity Planning: Complete plant Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), both Generic and Specific.
Identify capacity constraints based on overall demand. Make recommendations with timelines to plant to resolve Capacity Constraints and overcome allocation situations.
Identify Excess Capacity Issues and highlight to product marketing for demand shaping.
Monthly capacity management review for all true & false overload (identify action, owner & ECD)
Chair monthly S&OP review for the plant with key decisions/actions published in advance. Review critical KPI’s at the plant.
Acts as the center of excellent for planning activities in Singapore and influences the End-to-End supply chain for products moving into and out of the manufacturing plant.

E2 E Supply planning Review monthly constrained plan and identify main risks/gap in both demand and supply sides
Drive mitigation plans to mitigate main risks/gaps identified by co-working with CFT
Strategic planning on FG/semi-FG/components to improve service level and optimize inventory
Identify opportunities and work with CFT to improve E2 E supply chain metrics.

Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Develop effective Planning Strategies for every Finished Good and component such as MTS, ATO and MTO. This should be based on business needs and the target lead- time to customers.
Backlog fulfillment for strategically planned products.

Reporting: Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) Plan Attainment/Schedule Adherence to MPS
Delivery performance to Customer Request Date and Molex Promise Date
Overdue backlog
DSI (days sales inventory), slow and excess
Capacity utilization (overload/underload)

Additional Assignments as required.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

·Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED:

·Majored in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations. APICS certification or Black belt is preferred
