We are urgently seeking passionate Kindergarten and Primary School Homeroom Teachers to fill positions across various locations in China. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are dedicated to enhancing young learners' educational experiences and fostering their growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored for kindergarten and primary-aged students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing ongoing feedback and support.
Engage with parents and communicate effectively regarding student achievements and school events.
Involve yourself in school activities and collaborate with other staff members to improve teaching practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Native Speakers only from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, etc.
International curriculum experience is a plus: EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, IB PYP, Cambridge Primary, Common Core, etc.
Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or primary school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young learners and enhancing their educational journey.
