Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Process Engineer who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, helping ESM translate business needs & requirement into product solutions, innovate existing process/way of working and leveraging AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency, including developing innovative tools, mapping out new business workflow, develop end-to-end process & tech roadmap, and propose the ending picture of how each business workstream would be, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Workflow & Business Process innovation experience and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of process or workflow management, program management, business development or technology experience
- Experience of innovation, able to mapping out the opportunity of existing workflows and develop solutions to optimize, crafting out-of-box way of working from scratch
- Able to make data-informed decisions, sensitive to numbers and able to derive insights from data
- Experience of automation & AI, able to innovate workflows leveraging advanced solutions for efficiency improvement
- Solid SQL query skills and able to generate data & analysis by self
- Solid Python skills and able to develop automation solutions with Python coding
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Advanced coding skills (product dev, tool dev) are a plus
- Program management experience is a plus
