Daily Dispose nonconforming lots on time. Meet OTD & Yield.
Perform DOE’s and other tests. Perform failure analysis on lots or wafers as required for yield improvement. Meet Probe yield
Supply data and work together with related department to target yield improvement and cost reduction.
Process/operation SOP set up and training for operators and related people for stable and quality products.
About you: BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics or equivalent experience
At least 2-3 years wafer Fab experience.
Knowledge of Photo&Wet process.
Good writing and speaking in Chinese and English.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Knowledge of DOE and SPC techniques, Minitab.
