What you´ll do Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects.

Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities, developing the proper process, process control and troubleshoot problems.

Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.

Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.

Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5 S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.

Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.

What makes you a good fit Ph D or master’s degree in chemistry, materials science & engineering.

More than 3 years underfill material development or related material development engineering experience.

Deep know-how of processing and commercialization.

Experience with semiconductor packaging and material testing is preferred.

Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
