Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：Industrialization : •Plan and piloto New product industrialization or parts definition evolutiono New machine validationo New tool validationo New process validation •Manage process routing, BOM creation and update Quality, improvement, robustness and capacity : •Participate to problem solving as, RPO, 8 D.•Participate to process improvement and robustness.•Monitor FTY and non-quality pareto•Monitor production capacity•Participate to risk assessment Cost : •Monitor and control expense according to budget•Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead actions•Pilot cost reduction project Investment / Layout : •Lead and coordinate investment projecto Define specification and scope of the project with concerned departmentso Planning and monitoringo Review of acceptance milestone and delivery •Lead and coordinate machine relocation and layout project o Measure and draw layout in Auto CADo Coordinate other support department activities through planning Cross-departments interactions: •Coordinate actions with other supporting department such as:o Qualityo Supply chain / planning teamo Productiono Process •Coordinate external communication with:o SAE France Design officeo SAE France Qualityo SAE France Industrial experto Suppliers (investment, relocation...)
