Focus on generating and maintaining local 13weeks manufacturing schedules in RR and SAP to support sales activities, manufacturing efficiencies and target market requirement.•Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule (Kinaxis and SAP IT Tool)•Create Master Production Schedules (MPS) by site and manufacturing cost center.•Distribute and communicate Master Production Schedules (MPS) to site managers and production team leaders.•Communicate production priorities to Production Management.•Confirm the status of scheduled production targets and take appropriate actions when required.•Liaise with the purchasing team to confirm raw material and packaging availability to meet scheduled production requirements.•Negotiate with Target Market Managers, Site Managers & Production Team Leaders when available production capacities are exceeded and in turn highlighting to the business when the available capacity does meet the needs of the business.•Collaborate with GS&OP team concerning changes to forecast data.•Identify, correct and/or communicate to key stake holders if key item master data / planning parameters are incorrect or absent in AX.
