Your Job Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to new project launch as well as performing new program launch as well as the manufacturing tasks necessary to efficiency manufacture quality products and maximize productivity through the creation or enhancement of equipment to ensure total customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Schedule and lead new Projects until Handover to Series Production Lead technical Projects Maintain APQP Documents Implant and update APQP if necessary Create new processes to fulfill external regulations Organize relevant Equipment for Projects Create measures for new Projects Evaluate Risks and smooth out eventual delays Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and milestones Report and escalate to management as needed Continuous improvement of Internal Process Research and develop new Technologies Continuous Research and gathering Information about Technologies in Local and International Market, including HQ Other Tasks assigned by Manager Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Good MS Office knowledge Familiar with IATF16949 Familiar with various Quality Tools e.g.: FMEA, 5 Why Advanced technical understanding Able to work Independent on projects in the automotive field Strong interest of technical processes Able to do market research for new Technologies Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical School What Will Put You Ahead At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
