Your responsibilities:1.

Responsible for cost benefit analysis to support project success, achieve performance, quality and service goals2.

Deep drive those project deliverables which are key factors related to drawing, product SPEC, test items, certificate and compliance in terms of product and markets.

Timely sync up with each stakeholder of customer for product agreement od definition and requirements, make sure each deliverable startup has pre-alignment in place and correct direction.3.

Strong sense of risk management, able to detect project risks and take preventive actions and methods for the eliminations.4.

Excel at managing multiple tasks in terms of priorities.5.

Closely manage and monitor each key milestone making sure all are met in terms of the commitment to customer.6.

Program lead for dedicate project from concept, architectural design, kickoff and executions all the way to DV, PV, PPAP until project enters mass production.7.

Strong capability for prompt reaction when issue occurred, drive related stakeholders for the recovery plan to keep the project committed timeline.8.

Update and report project progress and implementation with timely manner to immediate manager and customer.

What you need:1.

College degree or above, majored in Engineering, Manufacturing or related.2.

Experience in mechanical design is a plus.3.

At least 5+ years working experience in project management or manufacturing management4.

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, strong trouble shooting capabilities.5.

Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin is a must6.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability7.

Accept to work in Shenzhen for first several years with occasionally travel to KM
