Work with and keep a good communication with sending sites to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and on budget and meet all the compliance requirements Maintain and update Data bases for transferred products Participate/support Manufacturing and Process Engineers to recommend, design, or select machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures required to the products Participate/support Manufacturing Engineers to maintain the Item master, product routings and bills of material in the MRP system Complete trainings or workshops required or appointed in a timely manner Participate/Lead CI activities to improve quality, process, cost, lead time, on time delivery, or any other actions defined by the management team Participate/Lead to make capital spend and budget plan Participate to make a robust process of new equipment installation Participate/lead the facility and equipment layout Support local and overseas R&D on new products development In partnership with the Quality department, participate to the development of the quality system and its day to day implementation Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 9000 and CFDA requirements Understand, compile and control non-conformance data and product traceability Work with quality to develop and implement process validation plans Understand special processes requirements are plus, such as Sterilization, Cleaning, Packaging,etc Understand computer software validation requirements Experience of project transfer or new product introduction management Must have cross-functional project team experience in industry Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering background is required At least 6 years in manufacturing related area Strong communication skills Strong project management skills Fluent in English J&J FPX project leader certification
