Job Description• Be the interface between ME and VM business Units and purchasing organization• Enhance strong relationship with internal partners (PUR of M, ENG, MFG, LOG, CTG of ME and stakeholders from VM) in CN&DE to ensure optimal collaboration• Manage and lead the team, ensure tasks are properly assigned and give enough support to associates• Take leading role in Ratio Project Planning (RPP), recognize and drive ratio ideas• Be responsible as Project Manager Purchasing for projects in China (customer & change projects)• Track progress and report and escalate within Purchasing and BU organization• Travel up to 20%Qualifications Qualification• Bachelor degree or above in mechanics or electronics• ≥5 years purchasing experience• Deep understanding of automotive application (Fu Sa relevant as preferred) and markets• Customer centric mindset and continuing-learning attitude• Experienced in leading team and motivated, able to inspire team to achieve tough targets• Enjoy working in multi-tasking,cross-functional and cross-cultural environment• Strong manufacture process, mechanical and electronic know-how Skill• SAP• PILUM• Excel, Power BI• APQP & & AECQ mandatory (ISO26262 as preferred)• Project Management (PMP as preferred)• Pricing & Costing Process for mechanics, electronics and PCB• Supplier Management• Fluent English (German as preferred)
