Key Responsibilities Proactively participate in business opportunity bidding, including initial scope definition, timing plans, and resource assessment Establish and lead cross‑functional program teams after business award and implement AQP processes from project kickoff through launch Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, and committed timelines Serve as a primary interface with customers , maintaining effective communication and alignment in a fast‑moving project environment Lead and/or participate as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve quality, technical, capacity, or execution issues Manage program risks and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal process requirements Apply appropriate project management tools, methodologies, and governance processes Comply with EHS laws and regulations during project execution and proactively propose safety improvements Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree or above (technical background preferred)
Experience 3+ years of technical or engineering background
5–10 years of project management experience in plastic, electronic, or automation projects Experience with NPI and/or project transfer Medical industry experience is a plus
Skills Strong project management skills, including communication, negotiation, and leadership Ability to lead cross‑functional and multi‑workstream teams
Fluent English communication skills
PMP certification preferred
Knowledge of mechanical, automation, or plastic engineering is a plus
