About the department
Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.
The position
Provide insight of regional business to develop national strategy and develop regional strategy and action plan Design local tailored and innovative project (digital, internet+), optimize the resource and work together with across function teams to ensure projects execution in 6-10 provinces with business size around 600-800mil, cover ~120 contract pharmacies including more than 6000 pharmacy stores.
Implement and track education activities covering 5,000 pharmacists and 20,000 patients
Develop reginal pharmacy nearby hospitals system to ensure the new product access
KA management: keep close relationship with senior management of key pharmacy chains, negotiation to ensure project execution.
Regular regional business analysis and report
Support RCD to enhance the capability of CMs/BM

Minimum 4 years’ experience:
