This is your new job:- Understand Foundry Offerings of ESD solution from device & process level, know device physics, characteristics, and pro & cons of common ESD solution like pnp, diode, npn, self-protection; Understand ESD variations due to process limitations;- Support Design team to select best ESD devices- Help design the ESD devices to enable innovative ESD solutions;- Support Other NPI related activities.

This is you: Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering, Micro-EE, Physical Electronics, or a related field.>5 years relevant experience in Process Integration, Device, ESD or related areas.

Good understanding of device physics, process flow; Expertise in advanced BCD and CMOS technologies, familiar with ESD failure mechanism; Autonomous with initiative, ability to take the initiative and drive for results.

Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships with different functions and external vendors.
