    The Sales Manager for Engineering and Consulting Service plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and success in the Chinese market. This position demands a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and industry expertise.

  • Responsible for sales in light chemical Engineering industry.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the business, contributing to AFRY’s strategy development in China.
  • Responsible for sales planning, develop new business opportunities and to maintain existing client base.
  • Records and updates sales opportunities in company data base.
  • Responsible for tracks of KAM maintaining
  • Responsible to achieve personal sales targets.
  • Supports Project Manager during project execution in issues like payment collection or change orders
  • 负责轻化工工程设计行业的销售工作。

  • 负责销售计划，开发新业务机会，维护现有客户。

    • 职位要求

    Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering, or equivalent 

    • Relevant working experience

  • More than 10 years working experience, in pulp and paper industry, light chemical industry or mining &metal, etc;
  • Working experience in international companies will be a plus

    • Computer and language skill

  • Competent in both English writing and speaking
  • Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

    • Interpersonal or Management skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skill
  • Good team cooperation and management competence

    • Leadership skills

  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex relationships with clients.
  • Strategic mind-set and tactical drive.

    • Others

  • Flexible for frequent travelling
  • Strong work initiative

  • 理工科本科或同等学历
  • 相关工作经验：
  • 10年以上轻化工工程设计行业工作经验；
  • 有跨国公司工作经验者优先
  • 计算机及语言技能：
