Responsibilities 1.

Lead the sales engineers to meet sales target, annual revenue goals and marketing expense budget for target vertical segment., as mutually established with the business and regularly reports to Senior Management on target performance2.

Lead the execution of National level projects in certain industries, also cooperates with local sales force, to ensure the local projects can be implemented successfully.3.

Lead the team in a matrix environment to deliver customer centric marketing programs and tools that are differentiated and provide increased, measurable value to targeted customer segments, aligned to TA’s growth strategies4.

Develop the channels and manage the sales field activities; Generate sales report timely5.

Organize sales/Channel campaigns/field activities…6.

Understand new policies, regulation/analyze government investment trend and activities7.

Manage customer relationship –Win shares at targeted markets and customers8.

Track and analyze dynamic business opportunities and risks, promote cross selling direction.9.

Other tasks assigned by line manager Qualifications 1.

Bachelor or above degree2.

Material Science/ Thermal Analysis/ Rheology industry background 3.

More than 3 working experience in sales management in MNC 4.

Proven track record for successful delivery of commercial projects, which includes good commercial conflict and problem resolution capability and resource management.5.

Excellent communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural working environment6.

A quick learner in business and capable of taking advantage of tools and technology 7.

Fluent English and Mandarin both in spoken and written
