Come Innovate Motions with us Your responsibilities:• Reponsible for projects execution, ensure completed on time, within budget and meet business objectives• Responsible for people resources and workload allocation; ensure all team members have sufficient training and skills for assigned tasks and proper staffing is maintained• Lead Global Cross Functional Team (CFT); Engineering, Project Planning, Process Engineer, Launch Team, Quality• Lead Cost analysis, control & optimization for your product• Assist Business Development and Sales teams for commercial issues• Act as liaison for internal and external customers• Work with Process, Quality and Design team for products and processes development.• Report Senior management: project milestones, monitor progress, assess risks at all project life cycles What you need:• Bachelor’s degree in product development related discipline (e.g.

Engineering)• Above 10 years of work experience in Project Management• Tracking records of Team management experience• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment• Analytical and result oriented• Understand different culture and can work with different regional team members• Fluent spoken and written English as working language• Professional skill on Microsoft Office and MS Project What is nice to have:• Project experience related to automotive products, particularly seat applications• PMP certification• An overseas working experience
