What You Will Do Provide the best customer service to all customers to meet CRD
Monitoring and improve on the CRD/MPD delivery performance on continual basis
Monitor shippable report, daily activities (SAP) closely and expedite well in advance to ensure timely delivery to customers
Maintain cooperative working relationships with other sales teams and other departments
Maintain Forecast data for VMI customer and monitor consignment stock. Better organization, follow up on samples and automate the process in order to yield the best productivity
Develop close communication channel and good working partnership with Sales Engineer in order to understand customer requirement and business model. Also to acquire all necessary information about customers' activities and their needs to render best result and service
Be aggressive in all endeavour and best use of the talent and time to yield highest results
Follow the guidelines of SOP on order cancellation, RGA, reschedule and order entry
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) College degree or above, good command of both spoken and written English
Good communication, sense of customer service and initiative
With 2 - 4 years in Customer service, sales support, purchasing or material planning. Working experience in electronic industry is preferable
Good computer knowledge, especially Micro-soft office: excel, word, outlook, etc. SAP knowledge is preferred
