Responsibilities and key activities:? Receives inquiries from FL, investigate and process the inquiry, get necessary information from GSS internal or other functions, reply to FL.? Receives the Spare Part orders from FL and handles the orders in SAP.
Clears IDOC issues if any.? Verifies the received order information, steers order bound engineering and confirms the order to FL.? Receives and processes clarification requests from FL, and provides replies.? Confirms material delivery time to FL and follow up the material availability status? Confirms the spare parts Transfer Prices.? Processes outbound delivery orders and clears the IDOC issues in SAP? Informs FL about any deviations in delivery operations.?
