About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring that business processes are optimized and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP FICO solutions.

Configure and implement SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

Configure and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR.

Provide support for end-users, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline financial and controlling processes.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation.

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

In-depth knowledge of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, taxation, and bank accounting.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA FICO (preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

Skills: Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in SAP report generation and data migration.

Certifications: SAP FICO certification (preferred).
