We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead a reputable school in China. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experience, driving academic excellence, and fostering a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision to the school community.
Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences through effective curriculum development.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being of all students.
Manage school operations efficiently, including budgetary and staffing decisions.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement professional development programs.
Engage with parents and the wider community to strengthen school partnerships.
Oversee school compliance with national and international education standards.
Monitor student progress and implement initiatives to enhance academic performance.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor's degree or above in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Teaching or principal management qualifications (e.g. PGCE, QTS, NPQH, IBEN member).
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a principal or in a senior management position.
Strong understanding of the educational landscape in China and the ability to navigate its complexities.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience in implementing effective educational programs and initiatives.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
