We are looking

for someone who has:

Proven experience as a Chef in a Corporate or Group setting

Prior experience in Food Science preferred

Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of different Chinese Festive Products and Cuisines

Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation

Strong knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and culinary techniques for multiple cuisines

Strong external network in the culinary industry a plus

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Effective communication and teamwork abilities
