Integrated fully into the division organisation within the APU Organisation , accepting the support available from LH, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process, Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations.
Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste, Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations.
Ensure their proper use.
Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all equipment operational functions, Assist in achieving the measurement QCD.
Assist in implementing TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities, Work together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality, Assist if needed in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.
