职位描述:

您将在大客户总监的指导下，根据公司政策及计划促进产品的使用和销售情况，完成指定客户的销售目标。

职位要求: 

·重要集团及重要客户的管理；

·责公司重要集团和重要客户的销售工作及关系维护，能够为重点医院制定出双赢方案；

·与销售部，市场部及医学等部门紧密合作，确保工作顺利进行；

·与销售部，市场部及医学部一起制定并实施重要集团及客户销售计划，能够协调多部门推进计划落地；

·根据公司需求与重要集团及重要客户的谈判；

·各类销售活动的总结及账款的回收；

·具备与时俱进的行业知识，对重要集团及客户进行公司产品知识等各类介绍及培训。

技能资格 :

·本科或以上学历，医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳; MBA 是优势；

·10年左右医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验，至少1年的团队管理经验.

·熟悉消费医疗、医药或医疗器械行业市场环境；

·良好的销售记录，扎实的财务和商业知识；

·独立工作能力，跨部门合作能力及团队合作能力，良好的协调和项目管理能力，良好的沟通和表达能力；

·市场敏感度及分析能力，积极乐观，诚实正直，吃苦耐劳 良好的时间管理能力。
