Technical expertise to drive product innovation on both technologies and applications.

Collaborate with teams of corresponding leadership/stakeholders and associated customers/external parties that allow the achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities Ability to lead new product development, localization and/or modification independently following SHE guideline based on business requirements in Asia Pacific.

Supporting AE and business team on technical problem solving and technical training if required.

Support operation team to complete new product scale-up, optimize manufacturing process and solve quality problem with related products.

Supporting purchasing and PLM team for alternative RM scouting and COGS project.

Study available patent landscape and strengthen Henkel’s IP in the related industry.

Accountabilities (Time in %) Product development, localization and modification.

70% Product scale up, process optimization and quality improvement.

20% Support AE and business team for technical problem solving and training.

10% YOUR SKILLS Graduated with a Master in Polymer, Material and Chemistry, Ph D preferred.

English fluent for daily communication.

4-5 years’ experience in functional coating industry preferred.

Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
