Job Description:
Provide a supportive role to the Senior Director, managing commercial activities, within the assigned customer base / segment / territory, to deliver revenue and EBITDA growth, according to the group annual plan and in concert with the global strategy for the antimicrobial business unit.
Identify target market segments and priority accounts, where solutions can deliver protection, performance improvement, lifecycle improvement, and/or consumer preference increase
Create mutually beneficial relationships, with key decision makers, in those accounts to develop a pipeline of sales opportunities and build a book of business, by closing new customer deals.
Manage and support existing Key Accounts for customer retention and expansion, helping to support their success in the marketplace.
Develop strategic business relationships with partner companies, communicate thought leadership and insights to those prospects, develop trust and ultimately execute new sales contracts supporting product sales, royalties, license fees and testing fees, depending on required solutions.
Manage territory budget, sales and pricing strategy, contract renewal strategy, deal negotiation, development fees, account and customer support and other elements, so that the territory profitability is improved and optimized in accordance with the annual plan.
Assist in the compilation of the annual territory budget and strategic business plan.
Support delivery of company messaging at trade fairs, technical conferences, regulatory sessions and public presentations to further the brand, products, solutions and sales for the business.
