Description • Lead the end-to-end product development process for product changes and deployment of new innovation • Design and develop engineered products/medical devices according to defined consumer user requirements.

• Lead the technical strategy and implementation planning on product development projects • Responsible and accountable for managing technical specifications and relevant technical documentation package that will enable production and product release • Participate and contribute to marketing discussions on innovation strategies and support business in claims elaboration.

• Translate technical insights into consumer-relevant product benefits.

• Define Wound Care upstream technology strategy by collaborating with external partners to enable innovation implementation in China plant.

• Lead the planning & implementing of complex experiments to evaluate new technologies, materials and products • Collaborate with cross-functional technical partners to drive project implementation and technical issue resolution • Drive compliance & manage design control requirements for medical devices • University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a related field of Engineering or Chemistry • 4-5 years of related experience in scientific research and development • Experience in Consumer Products development process.

• Experience consumer understanding & research • Proficiency in c GMPs • Working knowledge in statistical analysis with familiarity in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, etc.) • Advance proficiency in Chinese & English language • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to collaborate & influence technical and business partners • Ability to work independently, while managing multiple priorities
