Reports to: L&D Manager China FL
Location: Shanghai
Key responsibilities for this role: Set clear learning and development priorities aligned with local business needs and global L&D direction
Partner with business units and functions to identify capability gaps and define targeted training requirements
Find suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs
Be responsible for onboarding pathways for new hires and ensure scalable, consistent delivery of the induction program
Design, develop and facilitate learning programs that drive capability building and support strategic business outcomes.
Act as an internal trainer, delivering engaging and relevant learning experiences
Foster a culture of self-directed, continuous learning by promoting diverse learning tools and encouraging learner ownership.
Maintain operational excellence across all L&D processes, including data management, documentation, and administrative execution
Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods in learning
Ad hoc training support
Key competencies and experience: Bachelor’s degree and above
2-5 years of diverse professional experience of learning and development
Fluent English and local language skills, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive & detail-minded
Proficient in Power Point, Excel processing
