Core responsibilities: Responsible for the overall design, analysis, documentation and functional validation of mechanical components and assemblies;
Conduct CAD/product review and generate review report
Perform troubleshooting and root causes analysis for engineering failures/issues
Prepare technical documents including product specification, BOM, engineering changes
Support team to conduct the DFMEA and generate follow up action plan
Conduct design of experiments (DOE’s), and analysis of data using statistical tools and evaluation of variable factors
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required
3 - 8 years of relevant experience in product development with consumer electronic goods
Hands-on Knowledge on DOE, DFMEA, SPC
Familiar with CAD tools
Familiar with Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good English skills in written and verbal
