We are looking someone who:
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with experience in hotel housekeeping or floor management preferred.
2、At least 2 years of working experience in hotel guest room operations, familiar with room cleaning processes and hygiene standards.
3、Proficient in identifying common guest room facility issues and able to guide staff on standardized handling methods.
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate with cross-departmental teams and effectively communicate with guests.
5、Responsible and detail-oriented, able to adapt to shift work and handle emergency cleaning tasks.
