We are looking

for someone who :

College degree or above, with priority given to majors in hotel management, tourism management, or related fields.

At least 2 years of management experience in the recreation department of a high-star hotel, familiar with recreation operation processes.

Possess excellent team management skills, capable of effectively motivating employees and improving team performance.

Familiar with the operation and maintenance knowledge of recreational facilities such as fitness equipment and spa equipment.

Have good service awareness and customer communication skills, and be able to properly handle various unexpected incidents.

Strong data analysis skills and cost control awareness.

Good physical health, able to adapt to flexible working hours.

Those with relevant professional certificates (such as lifeguard certificates, fitness coach certificates, etc.) are preferred.
