Sourcing Operations Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end sourcing, supplier management, and operational execution for a defined product line serving the APAC Broadband Business Unit. This role incorporates elements of Product Line Management (PLM) , Operations/Supply Chain management , Strategic Sourcing , and Procurement — ensuring that the business can reliably and competitively supply high‑quality, fit for purpose cost‑effective manufactured products that meet customer expectations and enable the APAC Broadband BU to compete effectively across all APAC markets.

Required:
Fluent Business Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations in the APAC/SEA region.
owning and managing product lines from a sourcing/supply chain perspective. Preferred: Competencies Strategic Mindset – able to develop and drive sourcing and supply chain strategies. Commercial Acumen – understands costs, margins, and market competitiveness.
Negotiation Strength – strong influencing and vendor engagement skills.
Operational Discipline – capable of managing complex supply chain workflows.
Cross‑Cultural Communication – effective in diverse APAC business environments.
Determination & Grit – thrives in aggressive markets and fast‑paced environments.

Singapore or Malaysia (with significant travel across the APAC/SEA region)
