These systems play a key role in day to day business operations of the company and are used almost via every client path of clients.

We are looking for a  Solution Architect  to collaborate with cross-functional product teams on enhancing and evolving trading systems, payment solutions, partnership platforms, and integration strategies.

This role is pivotal in ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing Define and take ownership of the solution architecture for company products Evaluate existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization Provide architecture supervision and guidance to product teams Collaborate with product teams to refine and evolve architectural designs in alignment with business objectives Review and approve system design documents to define project scopes and guide development teams effectively Define and enhance company-wide development and architecture standards to align with industry best practices Develop and oversee validation processes to ensure development outputs adhere to organizational standards Support product teams in improving code quality and development workflows to meet standards of technical excellence Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural decisions and standards Guide teams in adopting company wide practices, ensuring creation of reliable and scalable architectures Requirements What you'll need Efficient communication skills, fluent English speaking skills At least  7 years  of experience in software development At least  3 years  of experience as Solution Architect or Tech Lead Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design Current understanding of best practices regarding  system security measures Solid web development experience, deep understanding of  REST, Web Socket and Grpc protocols Experience creating scalable, reliable and secure web applications Experience developing and supporting systems with  microservice architecture Experience creating and supporting  CI/CD  pipelines for continuous delivery and deployment with automated quality gates Excellent knowledge of OOP programming language ( C#, Java, etc.

) Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Software Design principles Understanding  RDMS  (My SQL, Postgre SQL or other) and  No SQL Databases  (Mongo or other) Excellent understanding of modern  Software Development Life Cycle Experience building CI/CD pipeline with automated quality gates, familiar with one of pipeline build server  (Git Lab pipelines, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Team City  or other) Familiar with   Jira  or other task tracking tool Familiar with  Git  and Git branching models Familiar with linux, docker and k8s Understand of   Infrastructure as Code  approach and familiar with one of Ia C instruments (terraform, ansible or other) Optional Requirement Experience in  infrastructure architecture design , including designing scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructures.

Familiarity with  cloud networking concepts , such as load balancing, VPCs, and global distribution strategies.

Proven experience with  adaptive scaling  solutions to support high availability.

Knowledge of advanced  monitoring and observability  practices to ensure infrastructure reliability.

Understanding of  hybrid cloud  architectures and their implementation challenges.
